This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from the popular Eastgate shopping centre and Oriental City shopping. It's perfect for those who love to shop and explore. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout our stay. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, ensuring a good start to the day. Plus, the hotel offers free Wifi, making it convenient for staying connected.
The lack of a restaurant in the hotel may be inconvenient for guests who prefer to dine on-site.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the spacious and well-furnished rooms at the hotel. The beautiful gardens and refreshing swimming pool added to the relaxing atmosphere. the friendly staff made me feel welcomed and provided excellent service.
While the hotel had many positives, I did experience a slight issue with the smell near the balcony due to a nearby lake or pond. It would be better if the surrounding businesses could come together to address this issue, as it would benefit everyone and enhance the overall experience at the hotel.

Located in a beautiful area, this hotel offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere that is easily accessible to shopping centers and restaurants. The room itself was spacious and comfortable with a King size bed and impressive bathroom. Another great feature was the complimentary refreshments and bar service during certain hours.
The lack of maintenance was noticeable in furnishings and the hotel could use a revamp. The linens were somewhat worn and outdated.
